Standard release period really, think only a few (maybe 1 mainline?) since then original Diamond and Pearl games haven’t come out mid November. Still I’m looking forward to these, hopefully announcing a date now means we might get a little more info at their almost inevitable Pokémon Presents before E3.

That is some horrendously ugly box art. Those monsters look like they are in pain.

Doesn't help that they're horrendously ugly monsters.

It's part of a promotional tie in, where there's an enemy who's a new evolution of a gen 1 'mon.

I don’t get the box art, the Legends: Arceus one is gorgeous in my opinion, whereas this one is well, there? Ultimately it doesn’t matter of course but they could have made a little effort! Even the standard Diamond/Pearl box art from 2007 looks loads better in my opinion.

Oh it’s very Pokémon, maybe they’ve done it on purpose to further distance Legends as a very different game to the remakes (if it wasn’t obvious enough already). Also have ILCA done anything other than this and Pokémon Home?

It's a bit odd seeing this company develop these remakes, given their pedigree - which would instil a great deal of confidence, if not for the art style.

They also worked on Yakuza 0, Metal Gear Rising and Nier amongst some B-tier releases such as Godzilla and Naruto Shippuden.

Certainly one of the worst box-art I've seen on a Switch game.

Shock horror, game in development might look a little better by the time it releases :fp: Oh and it could be at E3 which is around the corner

All I want to know is when can we pre order the double pack, assume it’ll save a few quid this way.
