Sorry lads, I've lost them. They were on my desk yesterday and now they're not. My apologies. :fp:

You can still get a code for Mew if you register for the Pokemon Trainer Club newsletter before 1st June.

Looks like the Volcanion event will start soon in Japan, as I saw I big display at the cinema and tried to deftly read it without my girlfriend noticing. Will secretly go back alone and nab the ticket and serial code. I can use one of the self-service machines so no-one must ever know what a disgraceful man-child I am.

You should probably just admit to your girlfriend that you're a Pokemotaku. ;)

Thought it was worth mentioning that from today until June 24th, you can download a free Manaphy over Nintendo WiFi.

Infact due to it being an anniversary year there is a free mythic okemon available every month this year and most will be available over wifi.

I'm available to help with this now if you're free. Is there anything else you need trading or want?

I know this is ridiculously late, but does the GTS work across all the 3DS games? X&Y, OR&AS, S&M?

I've been working my way through Pokemon games the last couple of years, and currently playing Omega Ruby. It looks like a lot of the old legends I can catch in this are ones I got in my previous choice of game (Ho-Oh is in Omega Ruby, but I played Gold in gen 2 so have one, the one I need, Lugia is in Alpha Sapphire. Reshiram is available in Omega Ruby but I played White, so need a Zekrom which is in Alpha Sapphire). I thought perhaps I could try and trade my duplicate Ho-Oh and Reshiram for a Lugia and Zekrom, but doubt many are still playing ORAS.

If not, I suppose I could start one of the Gen VII games and use the bank to transfer them over.

Only within its generation. Since XY and ORAS is same generation, they will work with each other. SM however won't be able to trade with them and will have to use bank for that.

Lot of people are still playing last generation so I'm sure you can find people to trade with, I'd suggest check Reddit or such though to be able to trade easier

I'm sure GTS still works though, as it's on the 3DS. They turned off internet functionality for the DS games though.

If you stick the spare Ho-Oh up and ask for Lugia, you might get lucky and find someone.

Put some starters up from various games and managed to get the ones I was missing, so feel quite confident about the legendaries now.
