I think I already have a Shiny Charizard anyway so missing this wasn't the end of the world.

That can be arranged. At the moment, the following events are running:

Hidden Ability Tyrunt (Until 30th April 2015) OR/AS
If you participated within the Battle of Hoenn Online Competition, you will be eligible to receive a special serial code for the Hidden Ability Tyrunt, which wasn't previously available before now.

Darkrai (Until 5th May 2015) X/Y/OR/AS
If you go to GAME stores across the country, you will be able to receive a serial code that gives you access to Darkrai.

Hidden Ability Amaura (Until 31st May 2015) OR/AS
If you participated within the Enter the Dragon Type Online Competition, you will be eligible to receive a special serial code for the Hidden Ability Amaura, which wasn't previously available before now

Hidden Ability Johto Starters (Until 30th November 2015) OR/AS
If you access Pokémon Bank during the allotted time, you will gain access to all three of the fully evolved Johto Starters. Each of these have their Hidden Abilities and you get all three for each Pokémon Bank Account.Next time you load the game up, Brigette will give you the Pokémon.

Hidden Ability Unova Starters (Until 30th November 2015) OR/AS
This special event is the first to use shared Serial Codes and offers the Unova Starter Pokémon with their Hidden Abilities. The passwords are as follows: Serperior - POKEMON497, Emboar - POKEMON500, Samurott - POKEMON503

It looks like the Battle of Hoenn or Enter the Dragon Type Online Competitions were run earlier this year so you can't become eligible for those Pokémon but, if you did compete, you can still claim the special Pokémon.

I doubt we'll see too much big Pokémon related news. I personally can't see them doing a 'Pokémon Z'. Looking at past games the next one should be the next 'new-wave' of Pokémon and the next reboot should be D/P/Pt

It will be another 2 versions for gen...7 is it now? In that land that went to war with Kalos.

Going by previous releases, we are due Z this year and a new generation next year.

Not really last gen they changed it up and surprised everyone by doing black 2 and white 2 instead of the expected "grey". Since then we've had 2 versions annually.

Remember that you only have until Tuesday to get a Darkrai code from GAME stores.

I just went into Game and they gave me a Charizard code. Nothing about a Darkrai code

If anyone is able to get a second code, I would be very grateful to take it off you.

Darkrai code was a month or two ago, you have until Tuesday to redeem it if you have one and haven't already done so.

I grabbed 3 darkrai codes on Wednesday. I would give out some, but they're for the kids and myself.

Serebii says that the Darkrai codes are available until 5th May and I managed to get one yesterday.

When I went back in Game the guy said the Darkrai event had finished.
This is why I hate the code events, the Game staff don't have a strawberry floating clue.
I'd love a Darkrai code if anyone has one. Have a spare Charizard code to swap.

I'd also take a Darkrai/Charizard code.

Anyone have a poison touch ability Croagunk or Toxicroak? Preferably female....

Been playing this again a bit recently. Managed to get abut 25 ribbons on one of my Charizards by doing various things. Currently I'm trying to beat the 50 streak battle in the Battle Maison using a Mega Sceptile/ Discharge type team. It's pretty effective and good fun to use, although pretty much any supereffective hit on Sceptile will kill it. Fortunately I'm using a great support set for Thundurus and my Sceptile can hide behind a Substitute soaking up multiple special attack boosts from Thundurus' Discharge. It also spreads paralysis and damage on the opponent's team, just got to watch out for ice!! Sceptile can generally take out anything that isn't hurt much by Thundurus' Discharge. Also use a Zapdos incase Thundurus gets taken out and have a Charizard with Rock Slide/Eaerthquake as they are good doubles moves.

Wish me luck, I want them Expert Battler ribbons
