Never played the original, always thought it looked a little dull, but then Pokemon isn't really my thing.

Also, Nintendo's habit of using "New" in sequel titles is lame.

I can see myself getting this, the original was a nice, chill game. As long as they keep the stuff like bouncing the magikarp over the mountain and into the waterfall.

I'm not sure what you expected from a game called Pokemon Snap other than taking photos.

I didn’t want the on-rails shooter. This was my reaction to the appearance of the camera in the trailer and the, ‘Oh, it’s Snap 2,’ moment that accompanied it.

I got Snap back in the day, thought it was a nice curio that lasted me a couple of hours, and have been bewildered ever since that people have been clamouring for a sequel with me-on-TTYD levels of vigour. I’m happy for those people, but I’d rather have seen Rangers (which I’ve never played) or a ‘new’ franchise that wasn’t FtP or based around brushing teeth.

You're not wrong, they could have actually made decent use of the gamepad

Woudl have worked a lot better than Starfox.

So would a game where you bash yourself over the head with the Gamepad until it breaks.

Because twenty years have passed and they might just have thought to update the design principles and offer us something new this time?

I'm sure lots of people will enjoy what this is offering but I would find a game that gives me a free roaming island to explore and take pictures of Pokémon to be more interesting myself!

Play Sword and shield and press the photo button, done.

Nintendo is scraping the barrel so hard now, we're getting hypothetical Wii U ports!

Really should have been on the Wii U. Cool though.

Time to redeem myself. I missed out on this during the N64 days. Looks jolly as heck.

I liked the original, despite the lack of Pokemon and it being on-rails, which was a disappointment initially.

No interest in Pokemon anymore, and therefore this game, but good to see another Snap game after so long.

Kind of a little excited for this; but not for the price of £49.99 if it’s as short as the N64 version.

In the age of updates and DLC I would not be surprised to see this get that treatment too. Esecially since it's from GF and BN.
