Pokémon Sword & Shield (Crown Tundra Out Now - Play It Quick Before It Votes For Independence)

Pokemon Home updated on my android phone today and now the damn thing is stuck on a loading screen.

well i took part in a battle against a gigantimax kingler someone was hosting, cause you know the theyre event is in sword not shield, and wouldnt you know it it was shiny, managed to catch it

I got all my old 3DS Pokemans into Home tonight. Never thought it would annoy me but it's kinda depressing that I can't put them all into Sword.

I have like three high level Alakazams. Not to mention the duplicate legendaries.

Bit of an odd question to ask in here but considering it’s been a while since the Let’s Go games came out I thought it’d fit better here than digging up a previous thread.

Anyone who has Let’s Go Eevee got a couple of spare Bellsprouts I could have? Not really got anything of note I can trade back so it’d just be a couple of rubbish early game Pokémon but that’s all I need for a complete living dex on Let’s Go Pikachu, then I can crack on with a living dex on Shield before finally getting a month on Home to transfer everything over (don’t fancy paying for a year for something I’ll barely use in the next few months and it’s not like it’ll delete them once the month pass runs out, I just won’t be able to withdraw them right?). I’ve been trying my hand on Go for the past couple of days but the few times I’ve loaded it up I’ve not seen one Bellsprout

If anyone can throw a couple of Bellsprout my way it’d be very much appreciated

Edit, also while on the topic, how do you move Pokémon straight from Pokémon Go to Pokémon Home? Just about to undertake the task of getting a Melmetal but rather than transferring it to Let’s Go then to Home, can you just send it straight across?

Ah ok, still plenty of time yet, only got 50 Meltan candy so far so not exactly in a rush for that one.

Just beat the Rock Gym past night. I'm really over leveled. Still enjoying the ride. The new Pokémon are awesome. I caught a haunted teacup (!)

Yeah they’re great in game, not sure how they’d transition to to a competitive team but in game they’re remarkably easy to set up with nasty plot and then getting a speed boost/defence drop with each physical hit.

I meant design-wise, but sure! Competitively they get Shell Smash and Stored Power, which helps.

Might try and get the main story of this done at the weekend. Just got the surf power for the bike, went to the town where the next gym is. Seems to be a dark gym. Haven't got any fighting types in my team, I have traded ones, but I'm not sure they'll listen to me

Team as it stands is, Bongo Monkey man, Inteleon, Purple poison/electric guy, Flaming Centipede guy, Orbeetle and Corviknight. Might ditch Orbeetle.

Am I the only one who is kind of disappointed by the starters in this? I don't really like the designs for the grass and water types. I haven't seen the final evolution for the fire one yet.
