thus far ive had nothing but duplicates so ive have not been having the same luck

Sorry to hear that shy guy. Is there anything in particular you're looking for?

just the sword exclusives really, ive got pretty much everything in shield

I'm probably not far enough through the game yet to get them all, but I've got a few Sword exclusives so far (f definitely a Farfetch'd for example) - I'd be happy to trade them over for you.

EDIT: I've just looked up the list and I also have Scraggy and Swirlix.

i may take you up on that, anything you need?

I think the idea is your pokemon is intimidating the wild one into being caught?

I don't know exactly how it works but certainly being lower level than the pokemon you're trying to catch has a big effect - it was very noticeable for me. I'm not so sure on being higher level making it easier, but I assume so.

I've been having luck in capturing 'mon with my Lv95 Espeon out. Some have been Lv60 and caught in one or two tries with no health taken off. I'd definitely say it could be a factor.

Plenty, but I'm only a little into the game so far so I've no clue if I'll catch it in due course! I'll PM you.

This game gives me anxiety. I finally got a trade for Farfetch'd, but to evolve him I need to crit 3 times in a battle, which is apparently easier with a leek item... which I don't have and can't get with Shield...

I haven't touched battle tower, but I'm curious if you can re-do the battles, or is there a finite amount? I don't want to be left without a way to evolve Farfetch'd... because it seems impossible in a wild encounter.

You can get Dire Hit, teach them Focus Energy and after you used these have them use False Swipe over and over again on weak mon (use routes instead of wild area for low level Pokémon to make it easier) until you've got 3 Crits then knock out the Pokémon.

No problem, I had to do same thing (but with Leaf Blade vs one of rivals) since I didn't get Leek and didn't want to go back and hunt for it :shifty:

Battle tower is infinite but it doesn't grant xp so I'm not sure it if it would evolve Pokémon or not.

The post-game making all wild area pokemon level 60 is rubbish btw

It was much better as it was

I agree tbh. I'd rather to see variety of levels instead of just make every Mon lv60

It looks slightly prettier. All our problems are fixed now.

But to be real for a sec, some of these textures just look really generic and almost worse in cases. A lot of modders miss the point at times I feel like.

Helps for filling out the dex though, you can just put in 5 Pokémon and catch a few then you’re nearly there for the majority of 3 stage evolutions.

My Espeon is an Uber-Raid battler. It sweeps through raid battles - even five star ones - so easily. I guess being so high a level means these things are just that much easier to handle solo.

Some of them are alright, others do not look good at all.
