I think it's because Dark type moves are basically like dirty tactics, rather than the embodiment of evil the name implies. Things like Bite, Nasty Plot, Beat Up, Snarl, etc. aren't elemental like Water Gun or Ember, so most Pokémon could theoretically use them.

You can access the box and everything so you don't need to make sure the Pokemon are in your team.

Didn't mind team tell, they're just roudy fans, but they also are nice to Pokémon.

That one I'll give em'. Had one moment outside the 4th gym which almost made me like them but the writing just felt off and the moment rushed with any substance. Which brings me back to an older nitpick I made about the game feeling too snappy.

I don't like them much either, but I'm starting to come around. I just got to the part in Mine No.2 where they were harassing a Carkol, only to find they were just trying to cheer it on. That was quite sweet.

Mimikyu is so bloody broken, it's on every single team online.

It's ability lets it take a hit and not take a single bit of damage, Even if that hit would one hit KO or it's a dynamax move.

Even protect makes you take some damage from a dynamax move.

The only counter seems to be a Pokémon with mold breaker but then you're giving up a useful ability just to counter one pokemon, not to mention having a Pokémon with Mold breaker and a steel move.

Does it learn any flying moves though? Mimikyu isn't that fast aside from shadow sneak so it can't go on that much of a rampage.
