What we have is evidence of soldiers shooting targets of Corbyn. Following that the Army itself said it is unacceptable.
You are right that with all of the context it might be even worse than it looks, but I fail to see how any context is going to make it better. If more context would make it better, then the Army wouldn’t have said it was unacceptable.
