This whole Boris having parties last Christmas to me
Is worse than Cummings. He’s the frigging Prime Minister for gods sake and in London where some people had to choose which family to see at Christmas. He should be gone

This dumb son of a bitch and his self-serving pals.

I still cant get over how big dave just slapped us with the brexit and then dipped
peak sigma male move if I've ever seen it

I think Ed Miliband would have been a decent prime minister, so far as modern labour goes anyway

I still sort of think that Cameron never expected it to actually go through. Once it passed he was like 'lmao, you madlads, I'm off'.

Nobody thought it would actually go through, that's why there were zero plans in place when it did.

They know their base considers admitting a mistake to be a sign of weakness and worse than making the mistake in the first place.

Predictions for the Old Bexley & Sidcup by-election?

The Tories have won the seat literally every single time during its existence.

The Lib Dems have pulled campaigning, attempting to enable the #ProgressiveAlliance, although they are still not undertaking a 'formal agreement' and they do have a candidate.

The bookies have a very comfortable win for the Tories (1/14), with the shortest odds of a Labour victory at a hefty 6/1.

It's going to be another depressing result, isn't it.

There was a lot of chatter in the right wing press about a Labour surge in the area but you have to assume that was just to motivate the Tory voters into turning up. The other one in a couple of weeks looks to be a more interesting story.

I can't decide whether this is funny, stupid, brave or incredibly unprofessional. Maybe a mix of all four.

I'm not sure I'd call it any of those 4! Funny would be fair. Incredibly unprofessional, definitely not. Just a joke innit.

It was just banter.

Nah honestly even when you're in the opposing political party, I really don't think it's that risque a joke.

It'll give the Daily Mail a momentary distraction from the court case they just lost against Meghan, in which she also referred to them as the Daily Fail.

I'm guessing they can just raid the warehouse they keep all this stuff if needs be. So maybe this is a good bit of government cost cutting.

Amusement under late capitalism is the prolongation of work.
