The real cuntishness of Johnson is not the cuntishness of the man himself but the gigantic cuntishness of the people he's surrounded himself with. Are Raab and Patel in some kind of secret competition to be the biggest strawberry floating arsehole in Britain?

This is probably a better thread to have a civilised discussion. Expect no goading, trolling or baiting from me in here. Not that there was any in the other place.

I thought Corbyn did very well last night. His neutral stance was the right thing (although I doubt its his personal view) given the circumstances. Could it be seen as weak? Of course, but looking deeper, its measured. He isnt making the mistake that David Cameron made in being pro remain then sulking when we voted to leave. A sign of good leadership.
Boris bumbled and lied about hospitals - this is worrying but the press brush over it.
Sturgeon was sound, Swinson was wishy washy.

The Conservative Party manifesto.

A much more measured set of proposals that the Labour one.

Measured? Brexit plus additional spending with no tax rises? How can you query how Labour will pay for their promises but describe the Tories as measured?

Sorry Moggy but ive been banned from entering into debate by the Moderators (the one who had earlier referred to me as "Spineless" no less) as it was upsetting people in the Election thread and with this being the case, ill have to decline your offer to engage in discussion.
Ive posted the Conservative Manifesto here as it hadnt been posted in the other place.
Im sure you understand.

Reason: This is not true. You can and should respond to other other people's views cordially instead of blaming moderator action on the part of your own behaviour.

You didn’t just post it, you posted a comment along with it. And now you’re dodging questions on that comment.

Either engage or don’t post in these threads.

So has Mommy been thread banned from the Election thread then?

Good. Not afraid to admit I was the one (though I'm sure I wasn't alone) who requested it. As demonstrated in here the guy's out for a reaction and attention, nothing more.

The Conservatives will spend less than a fifth of what Labour would. Id much rather that than Labour's huge spending plan.

You’d rather we didn’t have the required investment in public services that have been gutted by austerity?
