Are you ready to order?

Er, no sorry mate, can you just give us 10 minutes to look at the menu?

*10 minutes pass*

Yeah we're ready now mate.

Ok what can I get you?

Erm, 4 chicken Korma. No sorry, 3 chicken Korma and one chicken tikka masala. 4 plain rice. 2 plain naan. And 4 diet cokes.

Anything else?

Nah, well just have some vanilla ice cream in one of those plastic penguins that you do for pudding mate.

*chef receives order and kills himself*

What you neglected to mention was that it's a restaurant in Spain with an 'English Dishes' section.

Laminated menu, with faded photos of the food so you just have to point and not speak any foreign!

More ministerial appointments today. Chris Grayling as Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. Bloody hell.

Pro tip for those of you who enjoy Korma:
Order a Pasanda instead. People will think you're exotic and experimentive, but really it's a Korma in a better sauce.

Chicken Tikka Madras, mushroom rice and Saag Aloo supremacy though :datass:

(With Keema naan)

Agreed, Pasanda is my go to if I want something mild but in a thick sauce.

Makhani is another good one like that, probably most similar to Tikka Masala as it is tomato based.

That should be considered as nothing less than an act of war on Northern Ireland .

Jalfrezi or you might as well leave and go to the nearest Dixie Chicken, for all the taste you have.

Given Grayling's track record, we should expect the unification of Ireland within five years.

How does failing Grayling do it.

The type of bloke that would burn down your local school and then get the job of headmaster the following week.

I always do this too - I always imagine it cheering the chef up a bit and he puts a bit more effort into it, as opposed to knocking up 209 tikka masalas a night.
