I see Jeremy Vine is now at the "let's platform people who would just watch babies drown" level.

That Nana woman is an utterly vile specimen. David Starkey/Katie Hopkins levels of loathsome.

Some unpleasant transphobic bile coming off the back of Question Time last night, during which some science man 'confirmed' that it is impossible to change sex.

I've noticed on Twitter there seems to be a really hardcore, vast, organised army of bigots (is TERF the right/appropriate term?) sporting tags like 'Gender Critical' and 'Women's Rights' etc who are absolutely hell bent on shouting transphobic bollocks and hounding anyone and everyone who dares oppose their viewpoint. Apparently anyone who supports trans rights is automatically a misogynist, and all sorts of rotten shite.

I just don't get it. Whether you agree somebody can change sex or not, what possible difference does it make to anybody?

The only argument I've ever seen that makes even a tiny bit of sense is over "men" in public toilets. I get why women would fear a man attacking them in the toilets. But there's a zero percent chance that a rapist would think twice just because TERFs ban transwomen from having a piss?

It's maddening that they can't see what bigots they are.

Ahh, I should have known!

They're strawberry floating awful. They shouldn't have 'Feminist' as part of their acronym – they claim to be feminists but they're not at all. They don't care about equality, they just hate trans people and anyone who supports trans people.

Brexit supporting MP David Amess has just been stabbed in his surgery.

I'm not sure of the relevance of him being a Brexit supporter, but nobody deserves to be stabbed while carrying out their job.

I hope he's ok.

This has really taken the focus off my TERF bashing.

He's a post-2019 GE Tory MP so almost certainly a banana split but obviously no one deserves to be attacked like that and I hope he hasn't been injured badly.

Kind of surprised they don't have metal detectors in MP surgeries now after the Joe Cox murder. I know that was an attack in the street, but you'd think it'd have raised security awareness all the same. Hope he pulls through.
