I'm old enough to remember the government trying to force everyone back to offices in September.

But that nice Mr Hancock wouldn't have been one of those.

Is the Telegraph implicitly condoning taking a swing at the home secretary?

Like that is the only argument, Priti Patel can't be a bully because if she is you're all allowed to chuck her in the bin?

Edit: It's that strawberry floating moron Allison Pearson again.

Ah yes, bullying can only be achieved by those physically more commanding than their victims, this principle is 100% sound! :fp:

Except poor Priti Patel, that delicate flower.

Is Allison Pearson's take genuinely "Ha ha, those beta losers got bullied by a girl"? Another terrifying window into her rancid mind.

Big strong men cannot be bullied by short weak women.

Pearson is just full of gooseberry fool, she'll write whatever she thinks will get clicks, but it's frightening how so many people think bullying only involves physical abuse.

Imagine your brain working like that

Then imagine someone else's brain working in such a way that they want to pay you lots of money to write down your thoughts from your brain that works like that

Baffling

(Of course I'm being too kind in suggesting they lack any capacity for introspection or desire for a consistent world view. This is insincere propaganda, the only care is that the tories are cast as the heroes and "the left" as the villains. The contradiction of Bercow being a short man and a bully is inconsequential.)

"Insincere propaganda" is right. The only thought process is: what argument can I construct (outside of all plausibility if necessary, because I am writing for a partisan like-minded audience) that will defend The Thing That Needs Defending This Week.
