Boris can literally hold a party in his own garden during lockdown and get away with it. ;)

I'm calling the Tory party the Garden Party from here on. Can one of the mods make a swear filter that changes Tory to Gardeners?

Also, it makes it sound like all they do is party in the garden of number 10, which is quite unfair and completely overlooks some of the other important duties carried out, such as partying in the flat, partying in the offices and partying in the basement.

The silly neighbourhood vegetable.

It's been quite a week for arrogant banana splits who think the rules don't apply to them.

I did like how the sole Boris defender popped up again at the end talking even more rubbish. Whenever I get called out on anything in future I'm going to use his two main arguments:

- Let's focus on the positives rather than the negatives
- Those negatives were all in the past, stop going on about them

Genuinely astonished the Prince Andrew Midget Gems joke didn't get cut :slol:

Apologised to the Queen before even properly apologising to the public. Seems normal.

Thought it was *funny seeing Liz Truss on the news very cautiously saying reports of parties were 'concerning'. Can't believe they didn't use the opportunity to show the video of her saying the UK importing cheese was a disgrace.

*depressing

Met have written to Good Law Project to say that contrary to reports they have not ruled out investigating May 20th.

They are just waiting on the pupils to mark their own homework before saying they won't investigate.

Very possibly, but the Good Law Project may well take the Met to court if this happens. It won't be resolved quickly obviously, but it won't look good for the Met.

I fail to see how police officers could not have been aware of these breaches at the time. They guard Downing Street. An investigation sill surely portray them in bad light also for failing to intervene at the time.

If the police officers weren't aware Downing Street is very easy target
