The day has come :dread:.

Odds have shortened even further, with the Tories now at just 2/1 to retain Tiverton & Honiton :dread:.

I can certainly imagine someone having an ego like this, but to actually post about it publicly  how can someone have such little shame?! "I had to leave because I'm just too exciting and dangerous!" Fuuuck.

You have nothing to worry about if the white stains on the trousers of the Conservative club manager are anything to go by :datass:

I didn't think Tim Farron prostituting himself out would be such an effective vote winner but I'm here for it if that's what it takes :datass:.

Farron - Blackburn

Campbell - Burnley

I don't know which fans I feel more sorry for.

Burnley also have Gandalf the Grey if that makes any difference. McKellen loves them apparently. :slol:

McKellen was born in Burnley, just down the road from where I grew up. There's a 'Burnley Heritage' plaque on the house.

I'm guessing very bad results for Tories but not as bad as expected/predicted

Results would still sink any other leader, Johnson carries on untarnished

Even a loss by one vote should be seen as seismic. They won it in 2019 by over 24,000 votes and have held it since 1885!! (Albeit with a couple of boundary reclassifications along the way.)

However, we know there will be one of two reactions:

Lib Dem win = "The government always takes a kicking in mid-term by-elections. This was to be expected!"
Tory win = "Absolute proof that the British People are fully behind Boris Johnson!!"

Didn't Burnley fans fly that plane with a white lives matter flag on it? They can f off, frankly.

Mick Lynch, our new hero, has said he stands by his decision for RMT to push for Brexit and doesn't think it was a mistake at all :fp:.
