It's like an awful Dr Who villain plan.

"Cyber" is colloquially an abbreviation for cybersex. The government think it's short for cybersecurity.

There was a couple of clips of it on youtube. The gag about Johnson going to uni was mildly amusing but the other clips were dire.

Tonight at 8 on 4:

DISPATCHES - Dirty Secrets of American Food: Coming to a Supermarket Near You? Dispatches Morland Sanders investigates the American food that could be coming to Britain soon as part of a post-Brexit trade deal. with exclusive lab results revealing levels of dangerous bacteria on US supermarket meat. He looks at the widespread use of pesticides and hormones currently banned in the UK, and uncovers animal welfare concerns and declining hygiene standards in American food production, as well as fears the deal could harm the British farming industry.

Related, and apparently it managed to slip past the news cycle since I didn't see anything about it until just now, but the government voted against protecting current food standards by enshrining them into law.

But I'm sure it's fine. The tories have repeatedly said that we won't lower our standards to allow the gooseberry fool soaked pork, or chemical washed chicken in from the US. And when have we ever been let down by the tories?

It really annoys me that the government are blatantly lying about the food standards stuff. If they didn't intend to lower food standards they would have just passed their amendment. This has been the plan all along and they've been lying about it, if they had come out before the election and stood on lowering food standards it would have been one thing, but they knew it would have damaged their chances so they lied.
