We get to kick the Tories out and then sit back and watch the quarter finals of the Euros. Ahhhh, that might be the best weekend ever.

Didn't mind the soaking, but what sort of cretin tries to drown out the announcement in protest. I get it was the song played when Blair won, but that's not something for anyone to be proud of!

Anyway, got my wife to make sure her voting preference was updated. strawberry float having Mogg as my MP!

That attempt to spin a decade of kicking the can down the road on HS2 before finally canning it as a positive thing.

The whole thing's laughable, and the next 6 weeks will be insufferable, but at least there's an end in sight to this shower of banana splits, finally.

I was just thinking how the icing on the cake would be when he dramatically pauses before walking away, and a bird gooseberry fools right across his face.

And then they'll break for a summer recess about a week later. Grand amounts of strawberry float all being done for months.

I like.how Rishi said he was giving the choice of either building on things with them or going back to square one with Labour.

I must admit, from where we are now, I get quite nostalgic about the good old days of square one.

There's a fade to black, a long pause, and then Things Can Only Get Better starts playing.
