I can understand the incompetence of it all making someone hope that it’s all an elaborate (but unsuccessful) scheme or that they’re going to lose on purpose, but they really are just this gooseberry fool. It’s a campaign run by the bottom of the barrel, except the barrel was made from rotten MDF by a guy who’d never seen a barrel before and only had one described to him by a cooper who was out of his mind on crack.

If you're old enough to work and be taxed then you're old enough to vote, in my opinion.

If you study GCSEs, and take public transport then youre old enough to vote.

They've really only got six weeks. Probably less when you take selection deadlines into account.

Amusement under late capitalism is the prolongation of work.

Great atmosphere here at Birmingham Pride. Headline artists blaring 'strawberry float the Tories', everyone having a great time. I'm very drunk.

I'm fine with national service being introduced via a referendum. But only if the names of those voting yes are marked down and they are the ones to do it first.

National service will be a big vote winner for their target voters, to be fair. The people already 4 decades past where it will affect them.

Those who never had to do it and who would be too old to do it now.

Wankers.

That's one way of winning the youth vote. Brainwash them all in the army.
