POLL: Which is the best Mario spinoff series?

Every few days I'll be making a poll about a random videogame question and you guys must decide the answer. First up: who is the strongest Link?

QUESTION NUMBER TWO

Which non-mainline Mario series is the best? From karting, partying, tennis, Olympics, RPGs, typing, Mario has had a lot of games outside of his main platforming series. Which series is the best?

Depends what you mean by strongest? This is a pretty comprehensive breakdown.

My instinct just from playing would be OOT or BOTW Link

Wait, misread the thread name. Er, probably Twilight Princess Link. No wimpy stamina meter, ability to heft around a ball and chain fairly easily, and wolf form to fall back on if needs be.

Link's Awakening link, especially with the red tunic and seashell L2 sword.

LTTP Link had access to some extremely OP items. The ice rod, the invisibility cloak, the invulnerability cane, the Ether Medallion, the golden Master Sword...

Four Swords link - there's 4 of him.

Well for starters, any Link with a metal weapon will instantly lose it to BOTW’s Link’s Magnesis power.

I adore Zeltik but never seen this video will listen while settling down to sleep.

By strongest I mean "who would last longest on the most challenging battlefield, using all of the weapons/abilities at their disposal, including the ability to turn into a wolf, Goron, freeze enemies by changing the seasons etc.

Actually the real answer is Hyrule Warriors Link (aka casual mass murder Link) but that's not a poll option

As for my take. I used always go with TP Link based on being the most mature and battle hardend. But now it's a bit harder to tell when you bring in different factors.

I'd maybe go with major's Link with all dem masks

Majora's Mask - Fierce Deity Link obviously

Even without the FD mask, MM Link has a crazy amount of options. You could even take away his masks entirely and he'd have an answer to most things.

There's also casual time travel. That's kind of busted, if we're being honest.

Just by sheer carry weight, surely the answer has to be BotW?

Its got to be oot because he was carrying the n64. :oops:
