A bit conservative, that. I think it'll see release later this year.

I don't think they can justify the statement "no current plans" if they're releasing this year. Steam just got the 3-5 pack like a year after PS4 and 6 is due in a couple of months. They'll want to space the Judgment release out more to prevent burnout.

Interesting and well thought out points. For no reason at all, I still think it'll release before 2021 is over.

As much as it's a great game, I'll be sticking with my PS4 Version and wait for a sequel.

Apparently a PS5/XSX version is coming today.

And no free upgrade route for those who bought the PS4 version (dunno about the Xbox version.) £40(!)

I think I’ll pass as I already got the digital version on the PS4, and I wouldn’t get the PS5 version until it’s massively reduced in a sale.

They've desaturated the colours for these new releases. Initially I thought the old version looked better, but after seeing it in motion I much prefer the new look. It looks less stylized but also more grounded.

Side by side the difference is stark, but this is one of those things that won't be an issue to most people when they're actually playing the game and not comparing to the old version.

Judgment related announcement coming in May.

It’s up on PSN: 35 quid.

A good price for newcomers, and you don’t need to play the Yakuza series as it’s a standalone story.

For me, too high. I’ll wait for the sale.

How many? Quite a few and they're varied. There's only really one kind of annoying one, and even then that particular one is better in some parts of the game than in others. It's annoying because you don't get any sort of hint as to where you're supposed to look for the clues. But on the plus side the search area for those is limited to the scene you're looking at. (Walking is disabled in those sections.)

Get the game any way though! (Seriously, it's one of the best Yakuza games going.)

Cheers

I enjoyed the demo when it was available on PS4.

I may buy it sometime this weekend or next week.

Yeah I know. I’ll just wait for a sale, as the Yakuza series generally get discounted relatively early in sales.

I’ve read a review and they basically said it’s not essential if you have the PS4 version already as it’s just mostly graphic improvements.
