If you cut out all the pictures you can make a flipbook animation of the Coffin being carried out.

The pomp and circumstance is one thing but at the heart of it all is still a family, however spoilt that lost a loved one and if you’ve ever had the misfortune to lose a dear relative or friend you’ll know how painful it can be.

The worst part for the closely grieving must have actually been the state side of things. I’m sure at heart the family just wanted to have the burial and say their private goodbyes but having the coffin sit there for nearly 2 weeks, even if it was empty for security reasons just kind of prolongs that waiting. Some people might wish more suffering on the royalty but I don’t think anyone of any moral giver would actively wish the death of the queen on them (especially as that ire is better directed at the people who actually run the country)

The country moves back to the cost agenda and at this point the thread should be locked so that we can get on with it too.

Combined peak audience of 28.5 million viewers on BBC1 (19.5) and ITV (5.3m), with an average of 12.3m throughout BBC1's entire broadcast from 8am onwards.

Channel 5 peaked with 145,000 for The Emoji Movie.

Ratings don't yet include all the other channels or online streams. How many people were wanking watching on Television X?
