Interviewing Attenborough was definitely one of the highlights of my career so far, such a lovely man. At one point because we were on this sofa, he touched my knee during a story about penguins in a really grandfatherly way and I couldn't stop smiling

when i heard about this i thought David Attenborough was interviewing Obama and couldn't understand why. then i heard that actually Obama was interviewing Attenborough i couldn't stop thinking it was some sort of joke. talk about lame duck presidency

Obama mentions in the video that he wanted to interview him as he's one of his heros and he grew up with his programmes.
