What's wrong with H'aanit? I quite like the monster capture mechanic and she seems fairly capable in battle (so far). Just met up with Primrose and completed her first chapter.

The thing is, I usually don't mind those kinds of characters (Urianger from FFXIV is my big dumb elf boyfriend), but she dials it up to 11 and it just sounds dumb and unnatural, like someone trying to parody it.

Also I wasn't too much of a fan of her beast master mechanic. Much like Alfyn, I didn't get on with limited resource characters like that. I'd rather just have Cyrus, Olberic, or Therion just nuke them.

That is just H’aanit with the faux-archaic speech. Choose anybody else and you’d’ve been fine.

it’s your fault is what I’m saying

Just edited the games .ini files to disable the horrible Depth of Field effect as it was sending my eyes funny.

The secret secondary jobs are by far the best. Though you'll get so over levelled unlocking them that you'll be way past the recommended level of the stories for half the party since you need to be about Level 50ish to beat their boss fights :slol:

Unfortunately there isn't really a 'quick' way to earn money.
About the best way is to wander around high level areas with Tressa in the party, then leave the area and go back. Tressa's ability picks up money from any area you're in when you leave it, the higher level the area the more money.
You could try finding a high level cave somewhere, nip in, walk around for 10-20 seconds and leave before getting into a fight, though it will get very tedious very quickly.

There are secondary jobs you unlock from shrines you find in the game as you progress. These are basically letting you apply the classes of your party to other members, so someone can be both a Mage and a Thief for example.
There are 4 secret secondary jobs in high level caves dotted around the world which have boss fights to unlock them which are unique and with more powerful abilities.

Think I have unlocked 3 so far. Can you change them once you decided?

Yes, secondary jobs can be changed as many times as you want, whenever you want (outside of battle).
Note that you can only change/unequip a secondary job from active party members. If you leave a secondary job on a character you remove from the party you'll need to go to an Inn to remove their secondary job.
