I've ordered my daughter for crimbo a slim vita with ten game kids pack, will also get her minecraft which she is big on.

If I'm logged into my psn on the ps4, could she also log into my psn account on her vita at same time? Got plenty of potential games.

Yep, I'm frequently logged in on both.

Bought Project Diva f in the sale. I love rhythm games, and although I had initial reservations about the whole "Stay Dead-ness" of it all, I'm really liking it!

Wallpaper tip...

When you move through your Vita screens, and have a custom wallpaper up, then the default colour (which is the PS blue colour) will appear between screens for a split second. For most people this is fine but, if like me, you have a dark wallpaper then the transition between dark and bright looks a little gooseberry fool. To fix this you first alter the background colour to one that is of your liking (press triangle on home screen > select the rectangle wallpaper button in the bottom right > select b/g colour) and then select your custom wallpaper again. Now you have your custom wallpaper *and* a background transition colour which doesn't clash when you move through your screens.

I just read that the Vita and PS4 versions of Unfinished Swan are cross-buy with the PS3 copy. I wasn't going to buy it again, but I'll be glad to have it on Vita.

Bought and downloaded.

I have no idea what it is. First blind-buy in ages.

It's an Ys game. Basically, it's a bit like if Zelda was played at twice the speed.

Freedom Wars is £20 on PSN. :datass:

You've never heard of Ys?

I've never played a Ys game but I know what they are.

QTE platformer with in-game, real money purchases, right?

So, yeah. Ys and Freedom Wars for Ys' normal price. Can't really complain about that.

Celceta is great, well worth it at that price. It's worth sticking with it too. Don't let that scurge of traditional JRPG plots, memory loss, put you off. It makes for some really amusing moments later on. It's riddled with cliches, but has endearing characters and a great battle system. It feels a bit like a best of collection of elements from PSOne and PS2 JRPGs, a love letter to that era of JRPGs as Final Fantasy IX was to the Final Fantasy series. Genuinely adored it.

Mine should arrive tomorrow, after bitching about the plans for digital only I thought I'd better put my money where my mouth is.

Everyone should buy Ys at that price.

I'm currently clearing some space on my memory card for it. Another blind buy for me.
