I wonder if Sony saw a sales boost after creating a Nintendo-style artificial scarcity scare.

I've decided to fire up my Vita again as there's a treasure trove of unplayed stuff on there. Turns out memory card was a bit strawberry floated and needed reformatting. The entire console would have been a useless lump if they'd taken the files off the store. Baffling that they'd even consider it, tbh. I'll definitely make a point of making a back-up once I've redownloaded all the stuff.
