I'm thinking about getting the ps4 pro fifa offer from game, currently I'm using an original ps4 on a 4k uhd tv and games look really nice with whatever upscaling is going on.
Question is am I gonna notice much of a difference if I upgrade?

I would be very surprised if you didn't as what would be the point of the device if it didn't give a benefit.

Honestly you probably wont see that much of a difference if your current 4k Tv is half decent. I had a Pro at launch and whilst it looks great on my 65" 4K Samsung, I cant say it looks that much better than the original PS4. Not that that's because the Pro is gooseberry fool (cos it's not) but because the TV does such a great job at presenting 1080p source in a upscaled semi-4k way.

If you can afford the Pro then go for it definitely. But don't expect it to be as clear a difference as say SD to 1080HD is
