PSA- Free Games for NHS Staff

It's absolute bullshit you're having to look for special times to claim games. As if you all don't have enough on without having to enter in to some lottery for digital games.

Why are they even limiting numbers so much? Are they handing out physical copies rather than keys?
I just assumed they were giving out keys and they'd have as many as needed for NHS staff to claim, not limiting it and releasing a few at a time that people then have to clamour for.

Keys but they're not giving enough for the demand.

Feels like one of those ideas that's nice in principle but hasn't been thought out, which is a bit of a shame. They said on the first day they had 85,000 keys to give away, and then said there were a million NHS workers who could access the site, so they didn't even have enough for 10% of them. "More keys daily" seems to be the thing but it just seems like a bit of a mess.

Checked yesterday and only one game available on Switch ... A visual novel about chatting up Japanese girls. I decided against it. Regretting it now.

No one is missing anything. It's mostly trash that isn't selling anyway. I pretty much played the few things that weren't shite already. I got some random adventure game that had mostly positive reviews on Steam so hope it's decent. I quite enjoy some of the obscure point and click titles lying around on Steam but they tend to be a real mixed bag even for me.

DreamS is up there for PS4....
