I was on my way to the bank after work with a friend to check how much I'd been paid. We came off the roundabout and got off our bikes so we could go in the bank. As we walk toward the bank a marketplace worker shoves into my friend with a box and starts swearing about it... I stand outside with the bikes as my friend goes into the bank and thinks nothing of it. As he does this he calls my friend a 'strawberry floating banana split'. I then ask him what he said, at this point he walks up to me and shoves his face into mine and says 'don't you strawberry floating start' and walks off, I respond with 'oh strawberry float you, you strawberry floating banana split'... At which point he lunges for me and shoves me into the sweet stand, knocking the bikes over in the process. My friend, seeing this comes back out and the guy backs off and decides it's time to go. We confront him and ask what the hell he thinks he is doing, attacking people. He then starts to moan and claim that it's our fault, for some reason only known to him. Then he whizzes off in his car (the wrong way into the roundabout, with oncoming traffic).

Another story, my first week at comet I was standing at the front of the shop just staring aimlessly into space and in the general direction of the TV;s, next thing I know a hulking great bloke comes over and gets right in my face asking "what the strawberry float is your problem?" :fp:

Me, be only 18 nearly shat myself and thus begins my general hatred of the general public.

Nice how everyone is now taking credit for MY original idea to have all over-40's issued with a licensed sniper rifle to keep down the numbers of chavs prowling our streets... It's still a good idea, btw. I'd now like the scheme extended to include shoulder-mounted RPGs, but all in good time... :twisted:
