Do you use a washcloth when bathing and/or showering?

The amount of people that just use their hands rather than a sponge or whatever is strawberry floating disgusting, but not surprised given that place's previous.

EDIT:

Soap is chemically designed to attract debris and bacteria and wash off in water with it. I don’t need a washcloth because the humidity and accumulated debris will just fester over time. Putting body wash on my hands to wash all over is sufficient. Washing a wash cloth or loofah every day to undo the bacterial and debris accumulation is an environmental waste of water.

Hand towels/sponge is nicer, though, but I never thought it was gross. Unless I read it wrong

Unless you're absolutely filthy the abrasion and friction from your fingertips is kind of designed to rub stuff off but I always once over with something more abrasive usually a squishy thing an or flannel with loads of bodywash. Sometimes a natural bristle brush.

Sure merely caressing yourself won't do anything, you need to rub properly. //out of context thread

Washing flannel is not wasting water lol, you can handwash that kind of thing every day with soap and machine wash ocassionally, although I hate how rough they come out. A new flannel is lovely.

I use one of those shower pouf things, but not really because I think it cleans any better than just using my hands to wash. It's more because it lathers up the shower gel well so I can use less overall. I find that half the shower gel ends up dropping out of my hands and going down the drain when I wash just using my hands.

I just use my hands and apply any gel or lotion with a vigorous rubbing motion.

Best tool for the job, buying special equipment is just overkill.

I use a sponge.

On special occasions Maf like to give himself a real good clean with a pressure washer as well.

Apparently it really helps get the dirt out from "under the hood", so to speak.
