Eh, not really. You wouldn't expect someone to explain why other bigoted views are bad. You can only tolerate so much of being educational and understanding when going over the same points of contention over and over, thread after thread, page after page with user after user. If you're the subject of discrimination it shouldn't be on you to detail every single reason why over and over and over. You're shifting the focus of the problematic behaviour from the person doing it to the person receiving it.
Respect should just be an intrinsic thing, it shouldn't need explaining.
