But there is no taboo on it, there was some shitely designed studies in the 30's (I think) that found some differences on which some social policies were made in America. These were really flawed and asked really specific cultural questions and are now thrown out as very bad science. There isn't anything to suggest that there is a racial difference to intelligence, hell they can't even agree on how to measure intelligence in the first place!

I could've guessed it was on Channel 4.

Good point highlighting America there, because it has possibly the most diverse intelligence levels among whites in the world.

Now were you highlighting America because you thought the tests were done by the New York/Washington/California Americans, or the Alabama/Mississippi Americans...

Its a self fulfilling prophecy. By sending your children abroad you are making more effort, spending more cash and therefore you are seen as better than your neighbour who could only afford to send their kids to a nearby school.

The wealthiest and best students leave to go to world famous Universities, keeping the local ones inferior.
