I'd imagine it was a combination of racism and "don't tell me to wear a mask" bullshit.
Filling in the gaps this was an altercation where the woman was challenged for not wearing a mask. I'm doubtful its racially motivated more likely purely covid related, arguments happen everyday, just yesterday saw a video of a fight on a train. The video quality isn't clear but looking at her features, and when she is on the ground she looks like she may be south East Asian or other Asian.

There was the poor lady who worked behind a tickets counter at Victoria station who was spat on and her family are sure that person infected her with the Covid which killed her. So yeah, bad normally but to do that during these times is the worst. If a man did that to a man he would know he would be starting a fight so this woman took advantage of that. The man pushed her once, then pushed her again off the bus where she tripped of the step so she fell further and harder. Shocking to watch, not defending him but I think he was trying to push away a woman who had assaulted him.
