Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart

I had that spoiled this morning. Time to mute it all on Twitter I think before people who get it early ruin everything.

Whats a RYNO? Tried googling it but it came up with a webstie for decking and paving, which, ironically, i could have done with a couple of months ago.

The RYNO (Rip Ya a New One) is the ultimate, granddaddy gun in every Ratchet game. Unlike other weapons, it usually has a long unlocking process of collecting a series of hidden blueprints and then costs a fortune to upgrade. But it absolutely decimates everything in its path.

The previous king of the RYNOs was the RYNO V from a Crack In Time. It was a devastating minigun that also fired massive damage homing missiles and played the 1812 Overture while you fired it. :lol:

Ah cheers. I dont remember that from the last game so perhaps i failed to unlock it.

It's an endgame/ng+ weapon really as the hoops you have to jump through to get it can only be achieved at the very end.

I'm really hoping my wife buys this as I can't afford to spend any more money on frivolities for a while :slol:

Regarding that spoiler, Do we know if there is more than what has been shown or is that it? Hoping there’s more we have not seen yet

Insomniac and PlayStation Twitter accounts just posted footage of the RYNO in action as if no one likes surprises anymore. It's a shame it's been spoiled as it would been a real "WOW" moment to see in game for the first time.

Its because the game released early due to Amazon shipping the game too soon so they wanted to get the word out before the spoilers eventually hit the web anyway.

Opened up the spoiler as I haven't got a PS5, but dam that sounds awesome.
So glad it's reviewing well, loved the PS4 game so when I get a PS5 this'll be one of the first titles I'll go for.

I know its going to be good but I still stand firm that I will not pay over £55 for a video game. The moment it drops and/or eBay do another deal's day i'll be in like flynn!

Great to see positive reviews, slightly tempered by Metro being one of the low ones - they are one of my reliable outlets for quality reviews. Obviously i need to find some time and actually read the words rather than just scroll through a bunch of numbers. Looks like if you're a R&C fan you are not going to be dissapointed though.
