The core gameplay loop in Doom Eternal is genuinely exceptional so it's hard for either Wolfenstein game to compete with that in terms of the immediate "feel" of the experience. I do like the more mechanical brutality to Wolfenstein's gameplay though, there's a real crunch to everything which is very satisfying when they get it right.

I agree with TNO having superior story, but I appreciate that Doom leaves much of its story telling to logs to you can both search for and read at your own pace. Cut scenes generally aren't too intrusive in TNO but there were parts where I felt like they were too frequent or too long for my taste, plus I'm still kind of split about the camera perspective being taken away from the first person in a lot of scenes.
Doom nails its atmosphere and only really fails in terms of environmental diversity, so I'd say this comes down a matter of taste.
TNO has two issues with gameplay that I think are worth highlighting. These are reloading and movement speed. Blasko is fragile, which would be fine, but he's also not fast enough to consistently dodge gunfire, and the need to reload further slows him down because you can't juggle hitstun between enemies as easily to keep on the move. At least for my playthrough, this forced me to rely on cover more. Again that wouldn't necessarily be an issue but TNO doesn't quite seem like that kind of game, and imo would have benefitted from a slightly more arena shooter style of movement. Then again this makes the stealth more important, which I don't mind, but your options were pretty limited in this respect too.
