The taxi minigame in GTA3 is better than any Crazy Taxi game.

Genuinely think this might be what killed the Dreamcast. Think there was a Top 5 Dreamcast games list earlier in this thread where the poster put CT at #1, which is fair - but GTA3 made the franchise irrelevant.

DKR with online would be amazing, and so would F-Zero X (imagine online death races with all players! It won't happen though...)

I would love Mystical Ninja and Mystical Ninja 2 especially. I've never got past the first giant mech fight in Mystical Ninja - our memory card didn't work with the game, so I had to restart it every time. I was just listening to some of the OST the other day and it is so good!

Never played either of the Goemon games though they reviewed well in N64 Mag which, as established in this thread, is all that really matters.

I have hugely fond memories of Mystical Ninja on N64, but I'm not sure I want to return to it. Feels like one of those games that is better left as a happy memory, I'm not convinced it would hold up well on a replay

Mystical Ninja is one of the few games I felt I missed out on N64, despite the Star Game award it got. Would love a chance to remedy that.

It's a great game, really unique and with a fantastic odd ball character to it.

Banjo bodes well for future Rare games. I'm fairly sure that they'd have needed permission from Microsoft for that as they own the character (unlike say, Donkey Kong 64).

But if MS are happy with those IP appearing on a rival console why not go the whole hog and release Rare Replay? It'd likely sell well on Switch.

Settlers wasn't on Atari ST was it? I thought that was just Amiga and MS-DOS? Or is there another game called Settlers?

Either way I used to love that series but haven't played it in donkey's years!

The only Settlers game I've played is the one that came bundled with Civilization II and Sim City 2000 (circa 1997) when I got my first PC.

I really enjoyed Wasteland 3  .

I did however accidentally kill the gooseberry fool out of the Gippers which meant that the world was left with zero oil production capacity though :shifty: .

I did use the Reagan car though as that thing was awesome  .

Ah. It's excellent. I'm sure it holds up well due to the graphics style and no zooming / scrolling.

If you have the means I would really recommend giving it an hour of your time (as you are a big God game fan and have listed things from an era I also hold dear).

Or not - its your time.
