Serious answer is it all depends. How long have you been seeing these girls? If it’s just a couple of dates, then there’s no pressure to be faithful. If they are getting more serious then you need to find out if they want an exclusive relationship or if they are happy to still mess around with other people.

It's fine IMO. "Early" dating is about meeting people and assessing compatibility. When you start to think of it as a relationship, that's when you need to have exclusivity.

No, I wouldn't bring it up. It's just awkward. While no-one expects commitment from a guy they had coffee with twice, I think it's still better left unsaid unless they ask.
