Remembering the first year of NINTENDO GAMECUBE in the UK

I wasn't even aware of the GameCube until I went to a friend's house and he had one with luigis mansion. I remember being so impressed with the graphics that I went out and bought one that weekend. Got it with Luigi mansion and star wars, which also looked incredible at the time. I didn't really take to the system though, I really only got exclusives and even then I was so wrapped up with pc gaming that I didn't get many games.

In the end I owned:

Luigis mansion
Rogue leader
Mario Sunshine
Wind waker
Spiderman 2

And that's it over the entire life of the system

I sold the console to someone on here for something like £15 too.

I did end up with four swords and sonic adventure 2 AFTER I got rid of the system, but I've never actually played them.
