It really was a day yesterday. He even managed to go after the Palestinians since they do not seem very keen on his efforts at peace so far.

twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/948322497602220032

Most of the aid the US gives to Palestine is security for Israel! His comment about taking Jerusalem off the table as some sort of masterstroke is just beyond words.

I am beginning to think he is determined to cause chaos everywhere just so he launch a nuclear weapon to tweet about.

Yesterday got very scary very quickly.

And thus began a new arms race where thousands of scientists on both sides of the Pacific were tasked to produce the world's most formidable looking button. Just so a couple of overgrown babies could post pictures of them on social media.

I don’t want to die at any time, but I will be especially pissed off if my death comes about because two idiots are trying to prove who has the bigger button.

Ah just what we need, another fat old man who spouts crap and refuses to defend his comments.

It's actually a condition of sorts of Cal's OT ban not to allow others to needlessly snipe and offend him so please don't do that.

Can't we have him back in here for a couple of days? Like a final tour kinda thing? We could even get Robbie Williams back for it!

I don't even know where the button is.

I'm not even kidding, I forgot.

Nothing against Gecko, but you can't just silence everyone because someone says so. If someone talks nonsense, people are within their right to talk about that nonsense. I won't call him fat in future, how about that?

Except Cal hasn’t posted any nonsense in here for quite some time now. That’s why it is unfair to bring him into any arguments (whether pro or anti Cal), he is unable to respond to anything that anybody says for/against him.

You/we can and we will point out when you are being an asshole unpleasant person, unprovoked, for no apparent reason, towards someone who hasn't been able to post and therefore hasn't said a single thing relevant to the current discourse for literally months, yes. There is no value whatsoever to essentially going, "oh lol, yeah, like that guy, he's old and fat and I also don't like him, lololoolol". Why should I support that with my efforts? What on Earth makes you think you have a right to do that, and it doesn't in any way detract from the community value of this place?

Mine was a guarded comment with respect to retaining some base level of respect on a platform I care deeply about maintaining for another 10 years.

Which means addressing toxity when it occurs.

So with regards to your lack of respect and pointless name calling towards another remember on this occasion and your 3rd round of abatement around my simple and polite request to refrain from doing that, in kind, get bent, frankly.

Hes not a part of this community so I couldn't really care less.

Thats the last you'll hear on the matter, not wasting another word on him.

I expect our members to go along with reasonable, well explained requests like Gecko's above. You don't have to personally agree - and we have the Feedback board for such disagreements - but you do ought to trust that we do things for the benefit of the board rather than to get at you (or whatever).

I made it well known at the time that I would ban anyone who baited Cal over his exclusion. As that has apparently been long forgotten I won't enforce it on this occasion, but I will suggest this is taken as a general reminder of that rule.

I hope we can all still be friends. The irony is issuing an actual warning instead of being nice would probably have kept disturbance to a minimum but by being present in discussions and voicing disagreement we are probably even meaner. I'm genuinely sorry about dragging stuff off topic.

Anyway, trump is batshit yo, who agrees? Where is the poll. Let's settle this now and get on with our lives. How long will this car crash continue, that tweet about nukes is beyond parody is beyond parody. That's not a typo.

Brb moving grcade to nuclear bunker and backing up to CDs.

(Cool fact, I actually have about 50% of grcade on CDs.)
