I haven't played Resi 2 Remake yet. I'm hoping to get to that one soon.

I dropped RE2make after the first Tyrant fight due to using up all my ammo during the fight and then being screwed trying to progress any further.

Wish it had an unlimited ammo cheat like the GC version had, maybe I should play it on easy and start again.

Under 20 quid for the Deluxe version on the Xbox and PS Stores at the moment, though a couple quid cheaper on Xbox. PS expires on the 23rd December.

Just run away. You can’t defeat the Tyrant.

So it seems Geoff Keighley has stated this isn’t going to be at The Game Awards and never was scheduled to be.

There is some update to the RE website due for next week though so who knows.

All very weird.

Time for adventure

Maybe Somy have a State of Play planned for next week and it will be announced at that? Seems to be some kind of Dreams announcement also due as Early Access is coming to an end....

We talking about the first time he appears? I was running around and shooting him for ages......are you meant to just avoid him for a set amount of time?

You can't defeat him at all. You need to run away and complete all the remaining puzzles in the police station with him popping up and following you every now and then.

The best thing you can do is make him kneel over. But as he can get up again, so your best bet is to save ammo, and run away from him.

If you’re on about William Birkin in the sub-basement you need to shoot him in the eye on his arm.

The Tyrant is the one with the hat and long jacket.

The scientist coat monster is Birkin.

Now which one is it?

He said Tyrant so you’d think trench coat monster but the description sounds more like the Birkin fight.

Mr X is just unofficial name given to Tyrant, so I can see why you'd be confused!
But yeah, his eye on the arm is his weakness.

So what is Birkin referred to as? I always thought he was a Tyrant variation?

Either way, i basically all my ammo on Birkin monster and thats why I stopped playing.
