It's up on CDKeys for £36.99 with base game + DLC, but I just redeemed the code and it does come with Re:Verse, which probably won't be very good but means there's no point buying the Deluxe version!

I think everything comes with Re:Verse, Steam says it's a free download. You get different DLC with the Deluxe edition though.

I haven't even bothered downloading RE:Verse. I can only assume it'll be absolute garbage.

The Deluxe edition isn’t worth buying unless you’re into cosmetic stuff. And you get immediate access to a difficulty level that you can unlock anyway.

From the time I spent in the beta, it was appalling. Just running around hacking at people, with no real sense of urgency or engagement.

It’s been delayed until later in the year anyway. Maybe they’ll improve it by then.

Someone connected to True Achievements had finished that difficulty mode by about halfway through yesterday. Absolutely mental how quickly some people smash through games.

Played for around 4 hours last night. Intro is a bit sloooow but everything after that is great so far and it definitely feels like there's more action than 7. I'm playing through on standard and the amount of handgun ammo I'm getting is mental  must have had around 150 rounds at some point, but thankfully your inventory is much bigger since there isn't any storage chests.

Might cheekily pick it up, although this will be £15 in a few months.

Played another hour this morning. My god it's so good. Like Resi 4 good. Killed a boss, explored a lot and met the Duke who is the best Resi character since 4. Amazing game.

Wish my image sig would work

Just ordered this and the product also shows a promo code (GRFT4P) to get £5 off electrical items when you spend £40, so it's brings it down even further to £35.

It is in the groceries section so you do need to pay for delivery, but I had things I needed to order anyway so works out as a good deal.

It does seem crazy to me, but I guess if that’s how they enjoy it... *shrugs*. I know I’ll be taking slightly longer.

£1.50 for Click & Collect. And you have to go through the drive-through bit, rather than in-store.

Ok thanks, the code doesn't seem to work online. I may just chance it and go to the local superstore later.

The PC version has possibly the most shonky and unintuitive option menu I have ever had the misfortune to use.

Played a bit over an hour.

Very much in the same vein as 7, though the faster walking and aiming speed by default is appreciated. Like the extra inventory break down and tracking of notes is nicely implemented.

Had felt it from all the trailers but the enemy design doesn't really do it for me. They're just a bit grey and generic brutish. They may look feral but they don't feel it especially. Gunplay feels largely the same as before and have not noticed any use of adaptive triggers.

Visually it's ok. I thought I'd ordered the PS5 version but apparently it was the PS4. I got the free PS5 upgrade though if you told me I was actually playing the PS4 version I wouldn't doubt it. Not sure what the main differences I should be looking for are. I'm playing with the Pulse headset and the sound is a bit crunchy and quite sensitive. Little bits of wood knocking together seem particularly loud against any background environmental noise, it doesn't feel very natural.

Speaking of which are the little wooden goats the bobbleheads in this or is that something that has a gameplay impact. The note in front of the first one suggested destroying them might make the game harder.

One thing that I've found weird is whenever you let go of the left analogue stick your field of view will move backwards a bit, like you take a step back. It takes some getting used to especially in a game like this where there's a certain amount of creeping around. Can't say I like it. Have also had a couple of problems being able to line up examining an item properly.

Overall though a very enjoyable start.
