I use FS-UAE and it’s pretty simple. Has a great front end too.

Ah awesome!

Quick question - what are the valid platforms? We've had PS1 and N64 noms so I presume they're fair game now - just wondering if retro PC/AMIGA stuff is an option as well?

Nes, Snes, Gameboy(GB)/Colour(GBC)/Advanced(GBA), Game Gear (GG), Master System(MS,) Mega Drive (MD,) PC and I'm now allowing PC Engine/Turobografx(PCe/TBG)

Though when it comes to PC, provided you can get me the stuff I need to play it, you can add them too.

How easy is an Amiga emulator to set up and get games for?

Ah okay - I thought PS1/N64 were in as we had Tombi and OOT in the mix over the last couple of weeks!

No matter, I shall return with a list shortly!

Awesome, my choices:

1. Cannon Fodder (AMIGA ... or failing that the SNES port as it supports the mouse!) - classic point and click shooting fun!

2. Hybrid Heaven (N64) - batshit crazy from Konami

3. Chaos Engine (AMIGA, but again it's on SNES, MD and others if needed) - the king of classic top down shooters!

Cannon Fodder and Chaos Engine actually hold up pretty well. Hybrid Heaven I've never really played but I've heard that it is bizarre.

Yeah I tried to pick things that should still be fun to play. I played through Cannon Fodder a couple of years back and still had a great time.

I was tempted to throw Syndicate in there to make it a full Amiga trio but plumped for Hybrid Heaven because it's just bizarre!

I'd normally be cheering for the Amiga titles but Hybrid Heaven is a cool oddity... I'd like to see it in action!

One of the only RPGs on N64 too. It's not the best game in the world but certainly worth a play.

Accidentally voted for Chaos Engine. Meant to pick Cannon Fodder, so can you take that into account.

Canon Fodder is at 2 (3 with Devlin's vote), Hybrid Heaven (N64) is also at 3 and Chaos Engine is at 2 (1 if you remove Devlin's vote.)

Close again.

This was tough as I'm a big fan of the Amiga... but I did want Hybrid Heaven to win! I believe it's pretty quirky and cool so it should work well in your Retro Monday session, Pedz :toot: .

Delayed response but I enjoyed watching you make your way through the start of this on monday Pedz! :toot:

Hope you've managed to recover from the amount of arse on display in the intro. :slol:

Also - who is doing the pick for next Monday?

I did enjoy it, and I want to play it some more. It's just finding time now. More so as every retro game I have played so far I want to get back into. I still have no idea what was going on either.
