PostReturning faulty items to amazon after 30 days

Long story short, I bought a wireless USB dongle last month which simply stopped working at the end of last week so I had no internet access until yesterday.

Tried to arrange a return via amazon's website but can't as the 'returns window' ended 2 days ago.

Has anyone had any luck with getting them to extend this window as 32 days is simply an unacceptable lifespan for such an item.

Amazon has arguably the best customer service of any retailer today. Just send a message to the support team and you shouldn't have any problems.

30 days if if the item is damaged or unwanted. Failure under warranty is 1 year by law and then some if you wanted to go down the Sales of Goods Act route.
