Day 1 I could manage just under 7 minutes.
Day 2 I’m still sore but in better spirits and can do 10.
Day 3 and I’ve no energy all day, limbs are stiff, but I breeze to 20 in the evening.
Think I’ll finish the W2 boss tomorrow and just mess around with some of the free exercises until I’ve done 30, then aim to clear every world in one sitting going forward.
I think this is a little overly ambitious judging by World 4! I'd assume they get even bigger/harder.
Finally killed the World 3 boss on my third try. I'm on difficulty 19.
Run into a - hopefully temporary - "problem" of sorts which the world 3 boss exacerbated. Basically I have 2 powerful attacks. Warrior 1 and Leg raises. They are 60 power each, with every other attack being 30 at most.
There was no way to easily kill the 3rd boss without just spamming those attacks back to back, leading to a very boring and repetitive workout. The next level then gave me tougher enemies to fight who, again, only effectively went down by spamming those two attacks.
It got to the point where I was tactically trying to fit in a weaker red attack just because I hadn't exercised my arms yet. My thought process was "okay if I drink a smoothie now then I can take a couple of extra hits, letting me work out my arms at least once this session".
Hopefully this sorts itself out once I've unlocked better attacks of differing colours.
