I forgot we have a proper topic for this.
Had the game a couple of weeks now, and heave settled in to a routine of:
Morning dog walk for 40 minutes, then when I get back I have 25 or so minutes on this before work. I do this Monday to Wednesday, go for a real run on Thursday, then I have a longer session Friday as my wife walks the dog that morning. Weekend off
My current set in adventure mode is planks, knee lift, sitting knee lift, bow pull, squats, overhead press.
Fuuuuuck me the planks and overhead presses are the worst. I think on my third set of planks in one area, I just face planted in to the floor at the end and the dog came over to see if I was ok
