Having to choose a set of exercises to equip stinks. Basically just one of each colour then and an extra one for two colours in the hope that they’re the right ones for the level.
And yes, the power disparity between exercises seems off. Torso twists feel extremely easy but do like 4x the damage of something like squats. Then by the time you get to the boss you’re just swapping between your two power moves until he’s dead. In W3 I honestly just had to do knee lifts and warrior pose 1. Worked up a sweat, yes, but didn’t feel like a complete workout at all, and got really boring by the end
You don't have to chose exercises for every stage. I only actively did this in world 5 (I think) where there's stages specifically focused on each type of work out.

Too loud with shoes, too hard on the feet in socks, definitely too sore on the hips for sit down stuff
There's a quiet mode that replaces the running on the spot with mini squats.
