France + Shaun Edwards is going to be a worrying proposition.

France are looking good, I really didnt get the pre tournament talk of them being not up to much, It looks like theyve started to figure things out with defense, structure and professionalism. The next couple of years with them should be very interesting.

They looked good in the World Cup, with one individual moment of madness costing them a SF place, and the addition of Shaun Edwards is huge.

Anyone writing them off pre-tournament was being silly.

This is a great analysis of not just France as they are now, but also the France to come in the next few years:

Would recommend subscribing to Squidge to everyone in here, actually.

I have absolutely no idea how Ireland Vs Wales will pan out tomorrow, but I feel Wales will edge it.

Wales just haven't had much spark today so far, they're not playing badly just haven't done anything special.

They're making Ireland work hard for any points, but they're barely winning the ball back, then not threatening at all when they do. Really frustrating game to watch.

Hard disagree. They’ve made so many mistakes. Dropped easy catches, barely made a decent kick and made the wrong decisions at crucial times.

They’ve made more mistakes than Poite, which is saying something.

Really poor from Wales today, Ireland definitely deserved the win. Hoping England can get back to winning ways against the Scots now...

Ah, see as an England fan after the France and Saffers matches I'd consider that standard operating procedure for professional rugby.

This is what happens when I try and be nice about Wales! :x ;)

Absolutely fuming about Wales not taking points from the last 10 minutes of that half. Can't understand how the referee can give that many penalties, and a yellow card, in the 22, for the same erection, and not award a penalty try either. :x

Tough pull to swallow but I felt after gatland left wales would drop down to a gooseberry fool team again.

They weren’t terrible but I think they might be in for a dip for a few years now. The breakaway try was heartbreaking, Wales probably would have scored their own had they not given it to France, two or three people over at the time.
