On that performance England won't make it out of the group. Ten turnovers. Ten!!!

strawberry floating hell, that song that plays when going to a break/coming back from a break. Sounds like a child being strangled. :dread:

Good bonus point win against a decent team. Not great, but not bad. Promising opener.

Nah, they all do it, Sky Sports started it all off, which is why we have those daft handshakes bollocks before every footie match now...

It always surprises me how little other countries care about Rugby. No one seems to care about the RWC over there.

I first got in to rugby as I was in NZ for the 2003 World Cup and you just couldn't escape it, it was everwhere, everyone was constantly talking about it. What a year and place to be a New England supporter

Well played Georgia! Lots of errors from Tonga though

Tonga were very poor, some decent stuff from Georgia.

Quick question - how was the penultimate England try last night not a knock-on just before the line? Looked absolutely blatant to me. The sound on the telly was down in the pub so I don't know if it was explained...

Where it went flying in the air?

You're allowed to catch it and play on if you fumble forward, provided the original player recovers and the ball doesn't hit the ground first.

Oh, I thought I'd seen players done for knocking on to themselves in the past, but I must have been mistaken. I thought it was to stop players juggling to themselves and stuff as well as forward passing.

Yeah I think there's some stuff in place to stop it being intentional but you can bobble it forward a bit and then recover it

They're not lying down are they? Typical, I was thrilled to be getting a decent team in the work sweepstake for once...
