I think just for sales (SE are a greedy bunch) it'll come to X1 albeit slightly borked.

I think it will too, if they use UE4 then it will be cheap to do the work.

MicroSoft would probably go into a partnership with Capcom and announce a Resident Evil 2 remake next e3.

I can see the MS boardroom discussing this.

"So it appears people like remakes of really old games?"
"Yeah it appears that way, that's why at E3 2016 we are announcing the return of Chuckie Egg!"

Nice. :datass:

Slightly worried it will lose some of its charm with the visual overhaul, but it's almost a certain buy from me. Final Fantasy.

Really hope they use the same engine and production values as FF XV, I'd love to see characters look this good...

Just found this online http://gamerant.com/final-fantasy-7-remake-trailer-parasite-eve-3rd-birthday/ apparently around the 12 second mark in the trailer shown in the OP (20-22 seconds in the version shown in the link) there is a poster at the lower right of the screen which shows an image of Aya Brea as she appears in 3rd Birthday... could this mean a something Parasite Eve related is in the works?

I need this on X1! It's looking likely but still will await official confirmation. I love FF m.

Why don't you shell out for a PS4, if you have the cash? You mentioned before about not having the time, but I reckon if there are games you want to play, you always find the time somehow.

Soon, the PS4 will have an exclusives library to compliment your XBone - you mentioned Bloodbourne before, and you will have timed exclusives like this, Shenmue 3, No Man's Sky, as well as proper exclusives like Uncharted 4, Rime and The Last Guardian. You also get DLC first on some games.

Did you own a PS3? I can't really remember you mentioning you did, in which case a few of the remasters will serve you well too.

Sony's Adam Boyes has known about this for a year now.

I wonder how far into development it is. Hopefully it'll use the same engine as level of graphics as FFXV.

With FF XV coming next year, 2017 at the earliest sounds realistic providing it's being worked on by another team.

Where does the HD rerelease that was controversially announced at PSX last year fits into this?

I can't afford a PS4 and 2 online subs, I may get one in a few years when it's cheap but no chance now, all my mates have X1's, no idea how people can afford 2 consoles and buy all the exclusives!
