How much was it on the US store? Haven't bothered with the faff of setting up a different account before but might for this if it's a good price, I'm not paying £60 on our store :dread:

Use cdkeys for top up credit.

I got US PSN credit for cheap on Gamivo.com and it roughly translated to £36. They usually have discount offers, so you can get $100 for around £60.

I've now managed to download the game, so should be able to start it tomorrow morning.

Might have come across a bug. For those at or in the shinra building chapter 16 click below. Not really a spoiler for those who have played the 1997

when you go into the vent to listen to the meeting, if you view the first and second vents you come to, if you interact, once viewed the back button doesnt work and you are stuck there

PLAY | Persona 3 Reloaded [11h], Spider-man 2 [1h]
WATCH | HiJack S1, Dexter S2
RACE | Chew Valley 10k (Jun), Chippenham 10k (Jun), Cardiff Half (Oct)

Just started Chapter 3 (2 hour mark). Evidently I'm not going to be finishing it any time soon... :slol:

Pressing triangle to interact with people is a bit hit and miss, particularly when travelling on the train.

I'm doing side quests in the slums. Enjoying it so far.

I don't understand the weapon upgrade thing though. Will have to watch a YouTube guide on that.

The difference in quality between the main characters and random NPC quest givers is staggering.

This whole “Materia” upgrade system isn’t very well explained to the uninitiated. Flashbacks to 1997, asking ‘WTF is this all aboot?!’

It's weird how, um, "anime" this is. I get that the original was supposed to be, but limitations of the time meant it was very much its own thing. Now, they have similar voices, designs, direction etc as many anime tropes. Take Johnny, for example, who was just a shady guy in the original but who is now another carbon copy of Larry Butz/Yosuke Hanamura (at the start of P4) etc as the doofus sidekick. Weird.

Fun though!

Yeah, one year exclusivity then coming to the PC. I imagine the Xbox, too, but haven't followed that at all.

Used my first Summons. Not the most challenging game and so far more of an interactive movie with good combat. But it's very pretty and the music is as good as ever.

Bastard, I need to give my PS4 back to it's actual owner ASAP so there's no point getting this for now.

Up to chapter 5 on this now and really enjoying it. The battle system is pretty cool, although it hasn't been very challenging yet on normal difficulty. I feel like there may be something big being teased with some of the new story elements that could be controversial if what I think might be happening is close to correct.
