Next Silent Hill in First Person, then.

Oooh, it’s a free short.

I know it's hard to show much in this kind of trailer, but that captured nothing of why SH2 is great :|

Most of the time when I watch these things now I find the games just don’t appeal to me at all.

Something for VR2 owners at least!

Oh look it's Ken Levine's game - Bioshock all over again but seemingly with even less interesting to say/show! :fp:

By the looks of it, unless you have mega budgets, the graphics are still very much stuck in the PS4 era for the majority of these games.

Considering the overriding theme of horror and gore, this State of Play would have been better suited for Halloween.

Yeah, I went from being pretty excited for Rise of the Ronin when it was first announced to being pretty underwhelmed after today. It was a game I was considering getting a PS5 for and I'm really glad I held off. Pretty disappointing really.

Please do not post this in the "No Context" thread

How is Kojima, someone THIS obsessed with film and creating something that apes that medium, still seemingly happy with something that is this plagued by poor facial animation and uncanny valley horror?

What if The Joker (who plays guitar) was in Death Stranding 2.

I’ve never played Death Stranding.

That trailer was like a fever dream.

Kojima announcing a new untitled action espionage game exclusively on PlayStation to end. “Physint” was shown beneath a Columbia Pictures studio lot.

Meh. Not an awful show, quite a few things that could be good if we had learned more about them, but very little that immediately got me excited.

I need to try and get back into Death Stranding, the opening of it really didn't do much for me, but that trailer for 2 didn't make me think I'm missing out on some great masterwork

An absolute masterpiece & a major borefest is how I've heard it described by more than one person.

The silly neighbourhood vegetable.

That was a pretty cool show! A good spread of titles and the graphics, imho, often looked terrific.

A wee bit disappointed that we're gonna have to wait until (late?) 2025 for Death Stranding 2, though. But, hey, at least I'll have time to play the first entry :-).

I'm guessing that the new "tactical espionage" title from Kojima will arrive on PS6.

He closed down Irrational Games because he didn't want to make Bioshock games anymore....and went and set up a new studio to make a game that looks like Bioshock. And called it Judas
